How can we who work with learning contribute more to the development of the business? How to contribute to things that management is talking about; productivity, continuous improvement and innovation?
To do this, we need to look beyond training and participate in the design of the work. This applies to the design of processes, systems, information support, leadership, culture, etc. We take aim at the employee experience and factors that affect the employee’s performance.
