Depending on the need, I take different roles in my assignments. Sometimes as an inspirer through a talk or a workshop. Many times as an investigator or advisor to an internal project manager. I think best results are achieved by supplementing the analysis of what it looks like on the company in question with experience from other customers and with the enormous knowledge available on the internet. The latter is reason why I also write my blog and keep webinar… to interpret and summarise trends and the new in learning to what is practicable.
Most importantly, something happens. That there will be a change. That my suggestions and solutions work with each customer. Therefore, it is always my ambition that customers themselves can push on and I am no longer needed.
