About Johan Skoglöf

Johan Skoglöf

In a world where technical development and change is accelerating, the ability to learn is becoming increasingly critical. The lifetime of knowledge is getting shorter and shorter. We can no longer rest on our current capabilities.

My, your and organizations’ competitiveness lies in constantly learning from what we do, from the outside world, from our professional network and turning into new winning abilities.

Personally, I am passionate about working with companies that want to be at the forefront and develop a learning organization. You can read more about the framework I work with for learning organizations here.

The projects I help with range from feasibility studies to develop strategies and action plans to introducing different new abilities in the organization as new ways of working (e.g. curating, performance consulting, experience design), new systems (e.g. Learning Experience Platforms), new learning methods (e.g. micro-scariers) etc. Read more…

My customers include companies such as Ericsson, Saab, Scania, Volvo, Sandvik, SEB, Handelsbanken, ICA, HM but also smaller organizations such as SOS Alarm and CSN. Read more…

Depending on the need, I take different roles in my assignments. Sometimes as an inspirer through a talk or a workshop. Many times as an investigator or advisor to an internal project manager. Other times as a project manager where I take full responsibility and sometimes also as a hired manager to ensure the change. Read more…

I think best results are achieved by supplementing the analysis of what it looks like on the company in question with experience from other customers and with the enormous knowledge available on the internet. The latter is reason why I also write my blog and keep webinar… to interpret and summarise trends and the new in learning to what is practicable.

Most importantly, something happens. That there will be a change. That my suggestions and solutions work with each customer. Therefore, it is always my ambition that customers themselves can push on and I am no longer needed.
